Returns
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Please return items unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and contact us at info@mur.jewelry before sending a return. Custom pieces and pierced earrings with an opened hygiene seal cannot be returned. Read our Return & Refund Policy.

Faulty or damaged items
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with your order number and photos — we will repair, replace or refund it. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Our jewelry is plated to enhance its appearance and provide additional surface protection. Please note that all plating is subject to natural wear over time depending on usage, skin chemistry, and exposure to external factors such as water, perfumes, cosmetics, and chemicals.

Due to the natural origin of pearls, each piece may vary slightly in shape, size, and surface texture. These variations are not imperfections but a part of the unique character of each creation.
