All pieces are crafted from 925 sterling silver; many feature genuine freshwater pearls, and some include moissanite or cubic zirconia, as noted on each product page. Every item is hypoallergenic and safe for daily wear.

Sterling silver may gently darken over time — this is normal. A quick polish of the metal restores full shine. Keep silver polish and cleaning dips away from pearls.

We recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming or exercising to protect the silver, the plating and the pearls.

Yes. We ship across Europe (3–7 business days after dispatch) and to other destinations available at checkout, with tracking on every order. Orders over €200 ship free.

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging. Custom pieces and pierced earrings with an opened hygiene seal cannot be returned. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Contact us at info@mur.jewelry with your order number and photos, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and we will repair, replace or refund the item. Your statutory rights are not affected.
