Faulty or damaged items

All MUR Jewelry pieces are crafted from high quality sterling silver 925 and finished with carefully selected natural freshwater pearls. Each piece is designed with a focus on durability, comfort, and timeless aesthetics.

Our jewelry is plated to enhance its appearance and provide additional surface protection. Please note that all plating is subject to natural wear over time depending on usage, skin chemistry, and exposure to external factors such as water, perfumes, cosmetics, and chemicals.

Due to the natural origin of pearls, each piece may vary slightly in shape, size, and surface texture. These variations are not imperfections but a part of the unique character of each creation.
To preserve the original finish and beauty of your jewelry, we recommend following the care instructions provided.
