Returns and Exchanges
Jewelry items are classified as hygiene sensitive products and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept any items that have been worn, tried on, or opened from their original sealed packaging. This policy applies to all products without exception. A return or replacement is only possible in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect. In such case, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping
We ship orders securely packaged. Standard shipping is available across Europe. Delivery time and shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Estimated delivery time within Europe is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once the order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.
